Do I have To Complete My Online Training in One session/Go?
You may start and stop as you like and your progress will be saved as you go.
Can I complete my online training before booking in my practical assesment?
Yes, that is a great idea so you are not rushing to complete the online training at the last minute to make your pre-booked practical assessment.
How long do the online products take to complete?
The Boat (RMDL) takes about 2.5 hours, The Jetski (PWC) takes about 1.5 hours.
How long do I have to Complete my Paractical assessment once completing the online training products?
30 Days but do not worry as you can simply re-do each course again and once you complete the course gain to 100% your completion date on the online certificate will change.
Who do I call or SMS to get support for this online training/products?

Who Do I Call Or SMS For Information On the Practical Assesment?
You will need to call your trainer directly for this information and your trainers contact information can be found on your student dashboard once logged in.
Can I change my trainer If I move to a different region?
That will need to discussed directly with your trainer but most trainers will issue a refund and you will simply pay the new trainer and let our support number know that you have changed trainers 0413422511
